No - it's part of the plan. The badge appears the moment your Studio, Compound, or Estate subscription is active and disappears if you downgrade to Lot.
Transfer a prop's custody, ownership, or both to another warehouse. The owner initiates each transfer and the destination warehouse accepts or declines. When custody and ownership split, the prop shows an 'Operated by · Owned by' line on its public profile, so renters always see who's holding it and who owns it.
Yes, every prop you own or host counts toward your plan's limit, so a hosted prop uses one slot in each warehouse. A Studio (300 props) hosting 100 partner props has 200 slots left for its own catalog. Prop transfers are included on every plan, no upgrade required.
