Yes. Producer starts with a 7-day free trial - no charge until the trial ends, cancel any time during the trial with no card debit.
No. Producer is a personal subscription tied to one user. For shared workflows across a team, use Crew or Agency - they're built for that and include shared Shoots and team collections.
Nothing is deleted. Collections and renter analytics stay on your account; the Producer-only views become read-only or hidden until you re-subscribe. Browsing, carting, and ordering continue to work on the Scout plan.
Team tiers (Crew & Agency)
A project workspace inside your team with a brief, dates, status, linked collections, and linked rental requests. Your team plans a shoot in one place instead of a shared spreadsheet.
Yes, on Agency. Create a client workspace per brand or campaign and assign members to specific clients. The agency owner always sees everything; assigned members see only their clients. One subscription, one billing surface, isolated workspaces.
Crew has two roles: Owner and Member. Agency adds Manager (runs shoots without billing access) and Viewer (read-only). Roles work alongside client workspaces on Agency, so a Manager scoped to one client manages that client only.
Nothing. Individual Producer and agency membership are separate billing surfaces. You can cancel Producer if you no longer need personal collections outside the team.
