Service

WareRent provides a technology platform that connects rental Warehouses with Renters seeking props, gear, wardrobe and lighting equipment. The platform's role, user obligations and limitations of liability are set out in our Terms of Service; information on personal-data processing is in our Privacy Policy.

WareRent does not process rental payments and does not handle payment-card data. Rental fees, deposits and any other amounts are agreed and settled directly between Warehouse and Renter outside the platform.

Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Disputes that cannot be resolved by the parties directly are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Sofia, Bulgaria, as set out in our Terms of Service.
