Why this exists
Across photo studios, film sets, and event productions, the same expensive props sit idle most of the year. Meanwhile renters pay a premium to source them, often from a different city, because the inventory is scattered and hard to discover.
WareRent puts that inventory in one place. Warehouses publish what they have. Renters browse, negotiate, and book. Both sides get a workflow built around the way prop rentals actually happen, not a generic marketplace bolted onto a category that does not fit it.
What we do today
Discovery, carting, chat-based negotiation, order management, and analytics, with plans that scale from a single freelancer to a multi-location warehouse operation. Payments stay between the two parties: pricing is negotiated, not auto-charged.
